“We are mobile and can come to you!”
In addition to providing therapy in a outpatient orthopedic settings, Paladino Physical Therapy also does home Physical Therapy, Concierge Physical Therapy, or Direct Physical Therapy with FaceTime or iMessenger consults. The therapist also will complete home consults to determine the need for a specialist and help make quick appointments with orthopedic, primary care, sport medicine doctors within 24 hours. Emergency visits, late nights, and holidays are available.


Jason Paladino has been practicing for 20 years in outpatient orthopedic clinics as a Clinical Director, Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer. He has worked in various outpatient orthopedic settings from hospital based, private practice, to investor owned to corporate. He specializes in the treatment of spine and sport rehab and helping patients get back to their healthy lifestyles.

Community Minded

Jason has a passion for serving in the community. He has been working with the Glendale and Peoria High School Districts in their athletic programs for the past 11 years. He runs a non-profit organization called the Az Family Fit camp that he has been managing for the past 7 years. He is also the founder of Spartan Football Club in Vistancia and Vistancia Mountain Biking Club.

Passion for Life

Jason moved his family to Vistancia from Nebraska.   As he drove up Vistancia Boulevard 12 years ago, he told his family one day we are going to open a Physical Therapy practice in Vistancia.  His dream has now come true. When Jason is not in the clinic, he is enjoying all of the beauty of the sunsets and the mountains in Vistancia.  Whether its free hiking up the Twin Buttes with his kids, or mountain biking Pain Hill trail on the White Mountain, or walking with his wife, Ranelle, and the dogs through the Vistancia trail system, he is enjoying every bit of Northwest Peoria.
